Seeing the opportunity for the expansion of a local screen printing and embroidery business, Regina, Daniel and Michael Broudy purchased Fairlee Enterprises. They expanded the services to include promotional products and other branded merchandise. They began the process of building strong relationships with vendors and investing in advanced technology. The revitalized company, Clayton Kendall begins to expand.

Move in to a new facility

Construction Complete

Less than a year after construction began, Clayton Kendall moves into its new, state-of-the-art facility in Monroeville. Complete with office space, a show room, a conference area, and a warehouse, the new 30,000 square foot building creates new opportunities for the growth of the company.

Regina Broudy

President

Regina Broudy co-founded Clayton Kendall in 1999. Under her leadership the business model and focus of the company changed. At the onset, she was heavily involved in sales and building the business.

In 2012, Regina was named Member of the Year by the National Association of Women Business (NAWBO). In June 2013, she received the Western Pennsylvania and the State of Pennsylvania Small Business Person of the Year awards from the Small Business Administration. She also received the Stevie Award.

Regina attended the University of Arizona, majoring in Business. She previously owned a medical billing company.

Dan Broudy

Chief Executive Officer

Dan Broudy is the CEO of Clayton Kendall, Inc. He is responsible for new business development, customer satisfaction, and marketing. Dan, along with Mike and Regina, spent the past 14 years building Clayton Kendall into one of the fastest-growing promotional product and print fulfillment companies in the industry. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the Washington University in St. Louis and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami. Dan also studied International Finance and Marketing at the London School of Economics.

Chief Operating Officer

Michael Broudy is COO of Clayton Kendall, Inc. He is responsible for day-to-day operations including leading the performance management process to measure and evaluate progress against strategic goals, recruiting new talent, and overseeing the reporting and monitoring of the business. Michael is also heavily involved with the continuous development of Clayton Kendall's leading technology initiatives and overall organization growth strategy. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Studies from the University of Michigan. Michael also spearheaded the concept, design, and construction of Clayton Kendall's new 30,000 square foot facility.

Chris Grill

As Chief Technology Officer, Chris is responsible for overseeing Clayton Kendall's Information Systems and Software Development departments. He is passionate about using technology for business and client interaction and brings 17 years of experience in various aspects of business technology including network and software engineering to Clayton Kendall. Chris presented at the O'Reilly Open Source Convention in 2001 and continues to assist educators with designing high school and adult level education technology classes. Prior to joining Clayton Kendall, Chris lived and worked in San Diego, CA as a programmer/network engineer and freelance software developer.

Art Director

Brian Ritenour is the Art Director and is responsible for managing and coordinating the creative process for all projects in the art department. Brian brings over 21 years of graphic design experience to Clayton Kendall. He graduated from Pittsburgh Technical Institute in 1993 with an Associate's Degree in Graphic Design.

Diane Palmer

Customer Service Manager

Diane Palmer is the Manager of Customer Service. She is responsible for making sure that all fulfillment programs run smoothly, from the time the orders are placed to the time they are shipped. She is also involved with quoting and processing the fulfillment program orders. Diane has over 32 years of experience in customer service and 17 years in customer service management.

Merchandising Manager

Luke Young is the Merchandising Manager, responsible for the marketing and merchandising channels of Clayton Kendall. In addition to managing print and digital marketing efforts, Luke is responsible for increasing product offerings tailored to client-specific websites, coordinating with the IT department to continually advance the technology of our websites. He also oversees the Customer Service department. Prior to joining Clayton Kendall, he worked in e-commerce at Online Stores, Inc. and Carlow University. He graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing.

Thom Parmeter

Thom Parmeter

PPC/SEO Department Manager

Thom Parmeter is the PPC/SEO Department Manager, responsible for optimizing paid and organic search efforts including Google Adwords and Bing Ads account management, link building strategies and content creation for the rushIMPRINT and All Safety Gear websites. Before joining the team at Clayton Kendall, Thom handled PPC advertising at Online Stores, Inc. He graduated from Penn State with a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and a Minor in English.

Dave Basista

David Basista

VP of Operations

David Basista is the Vice President of Operations. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations, which include increasing operational efficiency, overseeing the reporting and monitoring of the business, and upgrading and implementing an appropriate system of standards, policies and procedures. A graduate of Duquesne University with a Bachelors of Science majoring in Information Technology, David brings 20 years’ experience in all aspects of Supply Chain, Sales, and Information Technology. He also spent several years serving on customer advisory boards for multiple technology companies improving end user experience in ecommerce and evaluating new technology in a global corporate environment.
