

Regina Broudy co-founded Clayton Kendall in 1999. Under her leadership, the original company changed its business model and focus. At the outset she was heavily involved in sales and building of the business.
Now, as President and Chairman of the Board, she manages the company finances and oversees fulfillment operations. Regina attended the University of Arizona majoring in Business. She previously owned a medical billing company.


Dan Broudy is the Vice President of Sales. He is responsible for new business development, customer satisfaction, and marketing. Dan, along with Mike and Regina, spent the past 12 years building Clayton Kendall into one of the fastest-growing promotional product and print fulfillment companies in the industry. He earned a BA in Psychology from the Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami. Dan also spent a year at the London School of Economics studying International Finance and Marketing.


Michael Broudy is the Vice President of Operations. He is responsible for day-to-day operations including leading the performance management process to measure and evaluate progress against strategic goals, recruitment of new talent, and oversee reporting and monitoring. Michael is also heavily involved with the continuous development of Clayton Kendall's leading technology initiatives and overall organization growth strategy. Michael holds a Bachelors of Science in General studies from the University of Michigan. Michael recently spearheaded the concept, design, and construction of Clayton Kendall's new 30,000 square foot facility.


As Chief Technology Officer, Chris is responsible for overseeing Clayton Kendall's Information Systems and Software Development departments. Chris is passionate about using technology for business and client interaction and brings 15 years of experience in various aspects of business technology including network and software engineering to Clayton Kendall. Chris has presented at the O'Reilly Open Source Convention in 2001 and can be found assisting educators in designing high school and adult level education technology classes. Prior to joining Clayton Kendall Chris lived and worked in San Diego, CA as a programmer/network engineer and freelance software developer.


Brian Ritenour is the Art Director and is responsible for managing and coordinating the many projects for the art department. Brian brings over 19 years of experience in the industry with him to Clayton Kendall. He graduated from Pittsburgh Technical Institute in 1993 with an Associate's Degree in Graphic Design.


Diane Palmer is Clayton Kendall's Manager of Customer Service where she is responsible for making sure all fulfillment programs run smoothly, from the time the order is placed until it is shipped. Her daily tasks include quoting and processing orders. Diane has over 30 years of experience in customer service and 15 years in customer service management.


Luke Young is the Merchandising Manager responsible for the marketing and merchandising channels of Clayton Kendall. He is responsible for directing print and digital marketing collateral, increasing product offerings tailored to client-specific websites, and coordinating with the IT department to continually advance the technology of our websites. Prior to joining Clayton Kendall, he worked in e-commerce at Online Stores, Inc. and Carlow University. He graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing.
